 Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 10, OCTOBER 2024

By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services
Tassie Garden Maintenance (TGM Launceston) provides garden maintenance and related services as per agreed schedules and quotes. Any additional work requested outside the initial scope will incur additional charges.

2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor adjustments, and other external factors.

3. Payments & Invoicing

• All invoices are issued upon completion of the service and are due for payment within 48 hours.
• If an invoice remains unpaid after two automated reminders, a formal 24-hour final notice will be issued. Failure to pay may result in service suspension and referral to a collection agency. Any collection fees incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
• As of January 1, 2025, all transactions are subject to an admin fee:
  • 1.5% for invoices under $300
  • 2.5% for invoices over $300

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will incur a fee.
• In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, TGM Launceston reserves the right to reschedule at our discretion.

5. Liability & Damages

• While all care is taken, TGM Launceston is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to property, plants, or irrigation systems.
• Clients must disclose any underground utilities or fragile structures before work commences.

6. Access & Safety

• Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the property for scheduled services. If access is restricted, resulting in delays, a call-out fee may apply.

7. Termination of Services
TGM Launceston reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion in cases of non-payment, unreasonable demands, unsafe conditions, or other justifiable reasons.

8. Amendments to Terms
These terms are subject to change without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
